The pending time can very because of the file type and file size or it can be your internet speed, as the above comment says that FREEDOM cant do anything about this.

Not any more, but one thing to keep in mind that your channel must have large amount of audience, it really depends because i see channels with like 100 subscribers and are verified so its quite weird to be honest.

It's not really useful if your channel does not have a hight amount of audience and alot of traffic.

It depends really i dont think any one knows how long it can take for YouTube however i would suggest you to kindly private message him this might not work but you could always try, but waiting is all you can do at this moment bro :D
