    Movies and TV Shows is it compulsory, i must monetize with Google adsense?

    is it compulsory, I must monetize with Google Adsense? I mean I want to join Freedom, but it asks me you must have at least 5000 subscribers and 100000 watch time in the last 30 days. I meet these criteria but my channel is not approved/monetize with Google AdSense? and one more question is it...
