Takes time.
Keep uploading content and your channel will grow over time.
Share your video`s on social media who then share with there friends.
& it also takes time to improve your overall search Algorithm.
Just worry about doing the best content you can produce ATM

Continuous upload is not always the answer though. I've been uploading for 4 years now and have over 700 videos. Only 531 subscribers. Sadly there is something else to it that I'm not sure what it is. I would like to think I have good content, but I don't get noticed either. It's peculiar.

Thanks for your suggestions and support guys. And I've not started to quit, so not complaining. Just saying that This channel on youtube is like "John Cena" :p "You can't see me" . It's not getting discovered maybe, that's what I'm saying. Don't know how the youtube search algorithm works though. :) Anyway, will continue doing it. Let's see How much time it takes. And my sad truth is I was never active on social media sites like facebook and all, so sharing there didn't help me anyway. :p

Hello Guys. Opened a new channel. Been there almost for 3 weeks now. Also have some contents till date. But not getting enough views. Guess not getting discovered on youtube search algorithm. So any suggestion on how to be discovered? Thank you :)
Maybe try joining a community (such as the cod or halo community), uploading more, and advertising your YouTube channel on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

Do you ever advertise on social media? I find that helps quite a bit.

JUST DO IT! DOOOOOO IT! ...

Well jokes aside. Patience is the key..i've been around youtube for a long time, i post videos DAILY man...DAILY .up to 2 videos per day, and i am still stuck with subs and views, but...i keep uploading non the less, sharing as much as i can. PATIENCE...is all you need. I know you hear it a lot, i know its easier said then done. But its truth.

Tech it take times. i do both short vids and long streams. but again as state it does take time. and the most i can tell you while ur in youtube, get with someone. SOME DESCENT. and be on there channel. help them, example, if they have 450 subs, u guys talk. u get invites to join his channel. hang out wit him. become freinds. etc. im almost to 100 within a few months and ive had some help, and advice. ur title, tags and streams.

It can take a new channel up to a year before there is any signs of growth, that is just how YouTube is now. Even with that year, most will only hit 100 or so subscribers unless they are picked up by a bigger channel or go viral.

Simply don't expect massive growth in your first couple of months, especially if you do what 10,000 other channels do.

Just keep at it, and it will slowly start to fall into place.

Thanks for the offer bro. Just checked your channel out. But I don't have any idea about these things so far. And most important, mine is not a gaming channel. I thing collab works best for channels on the same niche. What do you think?

You need to relax lol 3 weeks is nothing, it can take ages to build a steady following anything from months to years. I took 7 months to get where i am and its alot of hard work and uploading constantly (with good quality ofcourse). So you should expect to see better results in a few months dont worry.

One thing that I've noticed on your channel Tech Flow, is that your videos has a poor audio balance. You have your audio focused on the left side which means for headphone viewers, it will be a near instant click off.

(before anyone say its my headphones, i did a sound check a few times in between videos)

Honestly if you just do gameplay with commentary behind it, you probably won't get a ton of subs. There are already hundreds if not thousands of youtubers who upload gameplay with commentary. You got to stand out, do things different, be creative, make your videos into something no one has ever seen before.
