Solved locked out of account

i need help. when trying to sign in on freedom.tm it asked me to sign in with google but instead of letting me sign in it moves me to create an account here: https://www.freedom.tm/apply#. notice it says apply not log in and says that my email is taken. of course it is i have an account with it. i have a YouTube account: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOPGZ5RQdfshcmNDlujYLow linked with my email: [email protected] . but cant log into my freedom account. i have the username and password for it but i cannot log in

Hi @bobcow123

Make sure that is the email that you signed up with, it could be possible that your freedom! dashboard email is different from your YouTube gmail account. It shows that your channel is linked in the Freedom! dashboard I don't have access to what email it is linked with though. If you are sure that is the correct email contact support and use 0000 as your dashboard ID.
