It takes quite some time to get extremely comfortable on camera. If you're talking about commentary in a let's play or just over a game related to the game, I would simply suggest that you try to talk as much as possible without leaving any silences, if you're running out of stuff to talk about...

You can always spend some time networking on Youtube, finding some other creators that do similar content to you for future collabs, etc :)

so overall your video is cool ! The couple of suggestions I would have is to either talk more because there are loads of moments when you don't say anything, or simply edit it out and only keep the relevant stuff in ? Apart from that the rest seems good to me ! :)
