Subscriber Milestone 1000 Youtube subs

Guys,
When I joined Freedom about two months ago I was at about 400 subscribers. Last week I broke 1000. Today I'm up to 1,172 and counting. One of my videos has topped 13,000 views in just over a month & my total view count is over 108,000. I'm thinking, not bad for a ham radio channel. I've learned a few tricks here watching Freedom. George, If your reading this, I'd like to hear what you think I can do to continue to grow.
