So I want to make an avatar to put in the corner of my videos as well as my profile pics for personal profiles. This would be unpaid work, but you'll get some recognition. I'll send a picture of myself to "avatarize" when I find a good person who has previous work to show for themselves.

I personally can't! However I do have a group that can! If you look at any of my videos and look up the tainted soldier graphics in the description, they will do it for cheap, and you get a discount for me. I'll also see if any of my GFX friends are willing to do it for you.
