Solved Channel will get monetized again, i need support

Hi, i had a partnership with Freedom! but it ended up cause i didn't have the requirements to monetize (1k subs, 4hours watch time past 12 months)

Now i have it and i have no clue who to talk, there is no active chat to help, any clue on what i should do is welcome!
