Solved Copyright Strike

Hi, I recently got a intro I made by myself copyrighted down plus i got a copyright strike, and I don't know why.Here's the video, I uploaded it to vimeo.

IMPORTANT:
- I had the song ''The Hills - The Weeknd'' for 10 seconds.
- The person or company who claimed the copyright strike is called IFPI

Could anyone help me get back my video? I see intros with the same song and duration but they dont get a video deleted, and I think thats not fair. Who's with me?

Not much you can do, you used copyrighted content. It was not used under fair use so the strike was legitimate. Only thing you can do is make sure no other videos use copyrighted content and accept this as a lesson.

Though, I've had the video there for about 2 weeks, and it havent been deleted yet in my GFX clan channel :/

It may have been flagged much more quicker on Dailymotion than on YouTube.
