Well if you still meet the requirements it'll be as long as new members. If you haven't gotten invited to join after a week you'll have to contact [email protected] providing your Dashboard ID found at http://freedom.tm/dashboard/profile , your YT Channel ID or link and a screenshot of your YouTube Features page.

This is impossible to say as it would depend on a lot of factors. Ideally if you have been linked before it should just be a case of contacting support, explaining you have been partnered before and them re-inviting you. However they would now need to re-assess your channel, as this is treated like a new application so this could take time, and be effected by the amount of applications that Freedom is experiencing.
