Well I'm not sure if it happens with other antivirus but it sure happens with Malwarebytes anti-malware. This is an example of the scan result:

I have around 10 extensions and heartbeat is the only one that gets constantly detected. I could add an exception but anyone who has this antimalware will have the same problem.
