Will it affect anything with regards to payments, or anything else within the partnership?

It will be hard to partner a channel that has no videos. I think Freedom! would rather partner a channel that shows at least some videos than none at all. I would personally put a few videos on your channel first.

It may be hard as I think they do enforce their views guideline. While you can try, I'd recommend uploading a few videos and partnering later.

As other users have said to be partnered with Freedom they would need to see some evidence that you are uploading content, as this is what takes the time as members of the quality team have to go through each channels content and make sure it adheres to copyright and terms of service. I have changed this thread to solved though if you have any other issues / queries please don't hesitate to get in touch
