Solved Partnership problem

I have my youtube channel partnered with freedom for almost 2 years now and i have been inactive for some time,but now im back uploading and my contact e-mail is wrong.I cant access my profile on freedom because of it.The e-mail is [email protected] not [email protected] there any way that i can change this.Note that the wrong e-mail doesnt even exist.
