So I'll be going to Gamescom in August and I want to get some interviews with indie devs.
My camera man is coming with me (Bear Grylls line!) and I want to capture audio from interviews. But all I have is a camera-mount rode mic, which isn't precise enough.
Do I buy an AUX mic to plug directly into the camera, but have this pain in the arse tether connecting my camera man and I? Or what about a handheld dictaphone? I've seen people use those and the quality looks to be good.
Any thoughts, guys?
