so i see a Streams bar on the freedom community thing. how do people get this to work?

You would need to submit your channel to be reviewed for the stream functionality and then once approved your streams will show on the Forums when your streaming

ok so i done that but other question is how long till i know it's going to be a yes or no? and where would they message me? on forums or some other way of knowing?

It only took me a day to get approved. You just have to check the list to find yourself on it. I didn't get a message.
