It's not the easiest when you start out. What i did to help out was try to loosen yourself up before a video. Have some point form notes that you can easily see that way if you find yourself stuck on a subject or nothing to talk about, refer to the notes to get your mind going again. And just have fun. Don't let it get you too stressed out otherwise it shows. Breath too! That's an important one. LOL

I totally agree with you. When I was starting out, I was so nervous to upload. My first videos are so cringe for me to watch. But I got better over time.
