Obliques. Sure, in most cases, nobody is going to know if you have strong obliques, but you will. Obliques, calves, and glutes are easily the most neglected muscles, so anytime I get one of those sore, I feel especially awesome.

I hear that. Too many people neglect their legs and back when working out, or simply work them out wrong and get frustrated when they don't get gains.Legs.... Squats are my heaviest exercise right now, and nothing feels better than not being able to walk after a good leg workout, lol.
