Lego Island for the PC. I think it was released in 1997... welll my mom picked it up at Costco while I was shopping with her! I've loved this game ever since then.
Being born in 1985, it was anything Nintendo related. Sega was good too with Sonic, but Nintendo was where it was at. The Legend of Zelda was always a favorite. But Super Mario Bros. 3 blew me away as a kid. That was like... the best back in the day.
The Legend of Dragoon, Final Fantasy 7 & 8, Saga Frontier 1& 2, Legend of Legaia, Starcraft, and Warcraft 3. I also spent innumerable hours playing an MMORPG called Ogre Island before they updated and ruined it.
