Good choice, don't know much about airshou but sony vegas is probably the best to start editing
I use Final Cut Pro X on a MacBook Air early 2014.
I hate how people pirate Sony Vegas and other software because they see other youtubers do it, they think it's 'the best' and they think it will make better videos. But there's no need for it unless your a big and serious youtuber. You can make videos fine in free software like Hitfilm 4 Express or Lightworks. Pirating is illegal and I reccomend not to do it as you could get in to trouble and if you have pirated software is reccomend you stop pirating and get rid of the application.

1: Download reflector 2 to computer
Download Google Cast to phone/tablet
Record with what ever computer screen recorder you have, OBS Bandicam, Action.
(Android Emulator)
2: Download bluestacks or Andy computer these allow you to play android games on your computer
Record of your computer the above screen recorders.
Editing: I use Abode Premiere Pro which allows me to stretch/drag the the video to full screen, Camtasia Studio you can do this as well, I use the 1080p 60fps template with adobe Premiere Pro
