Solved would any one explain fair use in youtube ?

hi , i would like to promote some products in my vids and i wanna use there video in mine"product video " so i can give my audience a idea about the product , the issue is i may get some copyright infringements i noticed that there some thing in youtube they call fair use would you explain that , how we use the video should i download the vid and use the part i want or record a part using app ?/ .thanks

As long as you are talking over the video and its informative or educational then you can use clips of the video you are talking about. I would mute the audio from the video and have your own non copyrighted music playing in the background and shrink the video down maybe have it top right or left. Check this video we did as an example

As he mentioned, as long as your video is transformative, educational or a parody then you will be ok. If you just take clips or music and do nothing with them then it will not fall under fair use and you will be at risk of copyright claims.
