It says that but it has a link to freedom an when i click it and hit partner it opens up my dashboard and tells me that one or more of your YouTube account(s) is not partnered with YouTube... but i am, it says on my video manager that i am a YouTube partner. I am also in perfect standing, all of them are green. And all my videos are monetized.
