Okay, so I'm from India and I've doing Youtube for around 6 months and quite consistent at that...but I did notice I'm not getting 'new' views much...So I've had this question for a while...

I do think that YouTube does look at your IP in the metadata to promote your content locally, however, it probably doesn't have a major impact. I think it may just be a matter of YouTube's recent problems. Hope you get some new views soon!
